Wambugu Kironji

Wambugu Kironji is earning a BS in the department of Computer Science at University of Maryland–Baltimore County and is a Cohort-2 NCAS-M Fellow.  I am interested in the NCAS-M focus area –Improved Quantification of Forecast Uncertainty in support of the NCAS-M theme: Innovative observations for advancing the analysis and prediction of weather, climate, and atmospheric chemistry.  My recent research experience involves working with Howard University Beltsville Campus and University of Maryland–Baltimore County to collect data from ceilometers that I will use to try and see the accuracy of these instruments and what changes need to be made to have the best possible readings.
