Dr. Sen Chiao is the Director of the NOAA Cooperative Science Center in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology (NCAS-M).  As the Center Director, he provides the executive leadership for NCAS-M, strategic communications, designing the overall scientific focus and plans, providing oversight and management, and planning for the implementation of all aspects of the NCAS-M programmatic activities.
