Biography

Joscelyne Guzman-Gonzalez pursued a PhD student in the Environmental Science and Engineering Program at UTEP. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Physics. Joscelyne continued as a NCAS-M II Cohort 1 Fellow. Her Research Thematic Area is Improved Quantification of Forecast Uncertainty. Joscelyne is working in the Atmospheric Physics Lab under the supervision of Dr. Rosa Fitzgerald. Her current research is focused on Dust Storms and on implementing the Fengsha Model into the ARL HYSPLIT Model.
