2019 STEM Women of Color Conclave

NCAS-M Co-Investigator, Dr. Rosa Fitzgerald attended the 2019 STEM Women of Color Conclave, June 8-10, 2019 in Chantilly, VA.

This year, the STEM Women of Color Conclave focuses deeply on “Truth above all Else” principle, offering its participants unique professional development opportunities that authentically honor the worth of intersectionality as a lived experience and investigative framework, sets the stage for national influence in advancing the nation’s higher education agenda for STEM, and considers those elements that, above all else, are most important in retaining women of color in the academic STEM disciplines.

“It is an unforgettable experience!” ~ Dr. Fitzgerald
