Biography

Joshua Richards pursued a BS in Physics at University of Maryland, Baltimore County and was a Cohort 5 Fellow. Joshua continued to earn a BS in Physics at the University of Maryland Baltimore County as a NCAS-M II Cohort 1 Fellow. He then continued to pursue a PhD in Atmospheric Physics at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. His Research Thematic Area is Improved Quantification of Forecast Uncertainty.
