Dr. Wen-chau Lee, chief scientist of the Airborne Phased Array Radar (APAR) of NCAR/EOL will visit Howard University from March 27 to 29 to meet with students and faculty. Feel Free to make an appointment with him. He will give a seminar on Thursday, 28th at Howard IRB Radio Room (1st Floor).
