On February 3, 2017, Ms. Tierra Ellis, NCAS Fellow won First Place for her Poster at the 36th Annual Research Association of Minority Professors (RAMP) Conference. The RAMP Conference was held in Atlanta, Georgia. The Theme of the Conference focused on “The Challenges Facing Our Nation: How Do We Respond?”
The poster’s title, “Bridging the Gap in STEM for Minority Students through the NCAS CAREERS Weather Camp” won the poster competition.
