The Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Enterprise Network (N-Wave) under the NOAA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is a program that is run from the David Skaggs Research Center (DSRC) in Boulder, Colorado and provides NOAA wide enterprise networking and security services via a national network backbone for the interconnection and use by all NOAA line offices programs and projects.
