Exhibitor Space Fee:

A standard booth includes the following:

  • 6ft. table with 2 chairs
  • Booth Identification Sign
  • 1 Booth Staff Badge
  • Listing with description in the Official Program Guide
  • Listing with description on the Forum Website and Forum App
  • 2 registration passes for the entire 3.5 day Forum

*Exhibitors are encouraged to register their exhibit staff for badges using the online application before checking in on site.  Any booth staff registration over the allotted 1 will be charged $20.

Booth staff badges are available on site at the Registration Desk during the move-in period and during Exhibit Hall hours (See hours listed below).

Dismantling is NOT allowed before 6:00 p.m., Mon, March 19, 2018. Exhibitors are welcomed to leave materials up until Tuesday March 20, 2018; however, all materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.
